Our Process

We understand that receiving your items quickly and safely is a crucial part of shopping online. As of this, we want to explain how things work at Zactive so you can buy with confidence. The most important thing to note is that if anything goes wrong, we will do everything in our power to redeem the situation and make sure that our customers are always left happy.

Our team work very hard to make sure your items are packed and out the door as quickly and securely as possible. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will leave us that day. If you need your items quickly please read our upgrades section and act accordingly. Orders that are not placed on an upgraded delivery will be shipped the following working day on a non-tracked delivery service that usually takes 1-3 days to arrive from when it's shipped.

How much does delivery cost?

48hr Tracked / Sign for Service - £2.99 (Free on orders over £30).
24hr Tracked / Sign for Service - £3.99 (Free on orders over £100).

If placing an order with an upgrade to your shipping between 2pm - 4pm call our customer service team. If you provide us with your Order ID we can manually pick and pack your items ready to be shipped that day. Orders after 4pm will not be dealt with until the next working day.

Example: Choosing a 24hr upgrade on a Friday after 4pm means your order will not be dealt with until the following Monday, meaning you won't receive your items until the following Tuesday.

Delivery times are for UK Mainland Customers only. This excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands,Isle of Man and Channel Islands, general UK Islands where delivery times may increase, typically by 1 working day. Please read our 'UK Exception' section for more information.

How do you ship your items and how long is delivery?

Royal Mail 2nd Class serviced deliveries averagely take 2-3 working days to arrive to a UK address. This is a non-recorded, free shipping service which we use for all standard deliveries. Please note Royal Mail state that this delivery service can take up to (and including) 15 working days to arrive and it is not before that date that any items can be deemed lost in the post.

DPD/Royal Mail Tracked Services: You will receive email and SMS messages from DPD/Royal Mail to let you know the progress of your item if you provided your email/mobile number at the time of sale.

I want my items for the weekend! - UK only.

Monday - Upgrade to a 48hr tracked service (recommended).
Tuesday - Upgrade to a 48hr tracked service.
Wednesday - Upgrade to a 48hr tracked service before 2pm. Upgrade to a 24hr tracked service after 2pm.
Thursday - Upgrade to a 24hr tracked service. After 4pm, it's too late.
Friday - Sadly, it's too late to receive your items for the weekend.

Remember:
Orders over £100 will leave us on a 24hr tracked service free of cost.
Orders over £30 will leave us on a 48hr tracked service free of cost.

These upgrades are processed manually by our team so you don't need to select or pay for an upgrade when purchasing items of these amounts.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please Contact Us as soon as you know something is wrong with your order. Before we can do anything, we will also need your Order ID - please have this available before you make contact. If the item has not been dispatched, we can terminate the process and refund you in full back to the way in which you paid. Unfortunately, if the item has already left our building it is too late to cancel, but please note that we offer free returns on most of our items so you will be refunded in full (excluding certain items). We recommend reading our returns exclusions section to see what items are non returnable for free.

UK Exception Post Codes

Please note that some areas within the UK may not be eligible for our standard Royal Mail or DPD services. In these circumstances we will contact you with options of other postage methods. Sadly, some of these options may require an upgrade in service resulting in extra payments from the customer. Please note that you can of course cancel your purchase if this does not suit you. We apologise in advance for this and hope you understand that we try to pick the best possible value and fastest service available from our possible couriers. Contact us prior to placing your order if you are in anyway hesitant about deliveries in your area.

International Shipping

Europe: Items to European addresses take on average 5-8 working days depending on your location.

International: Items to the rest of the world including Australia and the USA take 7-12 working days on average. Please note Royal Mail state that this delivery service can take up to (and including) 25 working days to arrive. If you do not have your goods before this time frame we can deem the item's lost in the post and you will be refunded in full. Please be aware you may be charged for import duty.

You've shipped my item but It hasn't arrived!

If you have received an email from us telling you we have sent your item, any subsequently failed deliveries are sadly not our fault, but we will work actively to resolve the issue quickly and smoothly for you. We appreciate your frustration in these scenarios but kindly ask for your patience and cooperation while we fix the situation.

Before taking further action, have you considered the following?

  • Has it been at least 15 working days since you received shipping confirmation from us?
  • Is the item held at your local Royal Mail collection office?
  • Is it or has it been a bank holiday weekend?
  • Are your shipping details correct?
  • Are you situated in a UK exception postal area?
