How do I return an item?

Returning an item with us is fast, easy and free (UK based customers only). All orders come with one of our free returns forms which has all the information about how to return your item with us. Once you've returned an item we recommend reading the 'FASTtrack+' section for how to speed up your refund.

I've returned an item, how do I track it?

Once you've returned an item using our free returns label, your tracking number will be located on your proof of postage receipt. It is a 13 digit number beginning with X and ending in GB. You can track the parcel yourself using Royal Mails track and trace web page. Request a faster refund by filling out one of our FASTtrack+ forms.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all items, but you can pay for an express delivery method if you need your items quicker. A 48hr tracked shipping service costs £2.99 and a 24hr tracked shipping service costs £4.99 - Please note that we also offer free upgrades on orders of certain amounts. Everything over £80 will be sent on a 48hr tracked shipping service and everything over £200 will be sent on a 24hr tracked shipping service.

I've forgotten my password

If you can't log-in due to a forgotten password, don't worry, we can reset if for you manually. If our team is available please call us and request a new password over the phone where we will reset your password to something new. Once you've logged in with the prearranged password you'll be asked to change it again to something new to prevent us from knowing what your new password is. If we are unable to answer the phone please email us and our team will get back to you asap.

How do I claim for a faulty item?

How do I change or cancel my order?

To change something about your order we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can update your order before it leaves our warehouse. If you have already received an email confirming that your order has been shipped, we recommend re-purchasing the new, correct item online and then returning the incorrect item when it arrives with you. This is the most efficient way to get your new item. To cancel an item before it has left us we recommend contacting our customer service team via telephone (01323 483777) so your item can be manually stopped during it's process and you will be refunded.
